The line has been designed and throughly tested for the production of a wide range of fibre characteristics. The high quality and consistency of the product can be achieved through the special design ofthe spinning beam and ofthe quench air flow pattern.

The high reliability ofthe HSSF line guarantees a superior class of quality level even when 100% PET from bottle recycling is processed.
The line boasts:
- The same productivity in all the denier range, from 1.2 to 15 dtex: i.e. the possibility of completely exploiting the extruder capacity also in the production of the finest denier
- Easy and quick change of the raw material
- Possibility of producing libres of different denier at the same time
- Possibility to produce either a three—dimensional crimp with special jets or a bi-dimensional crimp with the Super High Speed (SHS) stuffer box crimper.
The maximum uniformity of the melt and ofthe spun fibre characteristics is guaranteed by temperatures, speeds and all other variables wich are closely controlled by means of instruments of high precision and reliability. Highly sophisticated technical solutions have been adopted for the control of motors to guarantee maximum speed accuracy, and induction heated draw rolls for maximum accuracy in temperature control.
